Carefully selected and imported from across the region, ground on site to preserve the freshness and distinct flavours of each of our signature dishes: 

• Saffron, Chat Masala and Kabab Chini from India
• Cloves and Paprika from Spain, Cumin and black Cardamom from Turkey
• Sumac and wild Thyme from Lebanon 
• Ginger from Pakistan
• Turmeric from Morocco
• Aniseed from Japan
• Maldon salt from England.
